The Lafayette Fire Company partners with the American Red Cross to install Smoke Detectors to reduce risk to our valued community members and supporters living in our area of coverage.
In accordance with the Red Cross, our volunteer members are required to install the smoke detectors for you, have you fill out and sign the appropriate form and provide you with some basic smoke detector and fire safety training.
