Last Evening, Fire Members met for our weekly training, which was held at Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center (LCPSTC). Partner groups of 2-3 crawled through the smoke maze and refreshed on search and rescue skills while navigating through and around obstacles.
A hoseline was in the building that members were following to simulate a downed firefighter near the end of it.
These skills aren’t used frequently, but when they are its crucial that members can do it proficiently.
