Around 7:00am this morning, Companies 63, 62 (Witmer), 48 (Ronks), and 06 (LEMSA) were dispatched to a Vehicle Accident with Entrapment at Greenfield Road and Old Philadelphia Pike.
9-1-1 callers reported a 2 car collision with one on its side and an occupant trapped.
Upon the arrival of Medic 600, it was determined there was no entrapment.
With this report, Engine 62-1 and Rescue 48 returned available and Engine 63-1 and Squad 63-1 worked the incident.
Fire Police from 63, 62, and 41 shut down the area during the busy morning commute.
The company stayed busy answering an additional 3 calls for service, Friday.
