Shelby Guinard and Merv Arnold-Lyons have both achieved their Yellow Front levels, officially moving from rookie status to Exterior Firefighters. This is a major milestone and reflects countless hours of learning, practice, and commitment.
Josh Eberly has achieved his Orange Front, the highest training level for a firefighter. Josh has consistently demonstrated the competence, confidence, and leadership expected of a senior firefighter and has proven himself to be someone our company can rely on.
Every training level is rigorous and demanding, requiring a combination of state certifications along with in-house coursework and hands-on practical testing. These accomplishments don’t happen by chance—they’re earned.
