Antique 63

Antique 63

  • 1949 Chevrolet / High Welding
  • 500 GPM Darley Pump
  • No water tank

Our antique engine served as Engine 6-3-A from 1949 until 1965 when it was sold to Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster where is was used in their fire brigade until 2003. In 2005 the unit was discovered for sale and subsequently purchased by Lafayette and restored. While this engine no longer responds to calls, it is still used for parades and public events and shows.
