Just after 10pm today, the first alarm assignment consisting of units from 41 (Bird in Hand), 48 (Ronks), 44 (Intercourse) and Tower 63 were sent to the Mascot Cabinet Shop on Mascot Rd. in Leacock Twp. for a reported building fire. Chief 41 was first to arrive and reported a working fire and requested the 2nd alarm. When the tower arrived the crew was sent to begin opening up and throwing ladders. The crew also assisted with making an interior attack on a 2nd floor room and did some overhaul before being released. The tower was on scene for about 2 hours. During the fire Rescue/Engine 631 was transferred to Co. 41's quarters and remained there for 3 hours.
